Not getting mastery 6 tokens

I've been getting a glitch or something

Some games I have been getting S-/S/S+ on games for my Ekko Mastery 6 and Tristana Mastery 6. I see the scores i got for the games and it even shows a S- but I have yet to receive the token for it. I only play on the rift in either normal or draft pick. This is like the second time this has happened to me.
