I cant join to client

I have net but i open client giv me this error

But i searched dark in google and work giv me wallpaper of dark. I can searched everything and my net work i have 100 ms i tink this is not bad and windows firewall off but i cant join to my profill pls hellp me i turned off nod 32 and try again to com up in clirnt but again this error com up i cant join the client after last update plssss hellp me and i us 3 time initiate full repair but again i cant join
