[GAMEPLAY] Vi Q stopped working midway through game.

SO, I only just started playing Vi again, and I noticed sometime after a baron fight that we lost, my Q would no longer activate, or do anything at all. I just couldn't use it (tried pressing Q and actually clicking the ability on screen)

Not too sure exactly how to replicate it, however, I was stunned by Anivia and Vayne, and Wukong knocked me up. Then I died. Thats pretty much the best I got, hope you guys can figure it out with this poor info ^.^
