[CLIENT] - Summoner profile button mishap - Badge mishap

Whenever i am in the client home place in LoL I encounter a bug that has to do with the badge icons and summoner profile bug. 1st of the badge icon - I can't see any of my badges when i click on the badge button or in lobby , I can't see other people's badges. But my main problem is the summoner profile button - Whenever i press it, nothing happens. I can't access my match history , rune pages , etc. Nothing happens when i click the summoner profile button. Anybody have solutions for any of the problems? P.S. i tried logging in and out and restarting my computer but that dosen't seem to work.
