Fuzzy Screen then off

I'm not sure if it's a monitor or in game issue, but it hasn't been happening until update 5.2. My screen gets fuzzy whenever activity is going on (minions vs minions, me using abilities, etc) and then my monitor shuts off then comes back on after a few seconds. It only happens on League, no other game, and has only happened after Patch 5.2. I updated my driver for my graphics card and REALLY need this fixed so I can get back to playing. Fast responses are appreciated, thank you.
