[CLIENT] Perpetually 'Dodging' Que

I got a 6 min then a 30 min ban for 'dodging' que. I'm sitting at my desk, watching the screen and turned the volume up; no graphic to join game, and no noise to join a game.. After the 6 min ban, I starred at the screen and nothing popped up or changed until it said I dodged too many games...
