Whenever I Go To The Store Everything Else Works Fine, But When I Click on Gifting Center It Keeps Giving Me An Error Has Occurred Message, Is This Happening To Anybody Else?

I am also getting the error "You haven't been friends for quite enough time yet" error despite just gifting my friend something two days ago. It's very frustrating, as she has really been looking forward to the Lunar Revel skins that just came out.

I'm trying to gift a mystery skin to my friend and it won't let me - "You haven't been friends for quite enough time yet."

I have never removed him from my list, nor muted or blocked him. This makes no sense, especially considering our very long (years-long) history of gifting each other.
