[CLIENT] 'Game is still in progress...' bug

I got into a game of 5v5 draft and got to select my champion as normal. When the game tried to launch, it didn't. There was no task visible in task manager or anything! I then try to reconnect and lo and behold, there's no reconnect button! I've encountered this bug numerous times and tried various solutions - closing down the client and relaunching, ending the client with task manager, even re-installing! I've gone through 3 different installations in the past year, and it happened EVERY time. Riot, I get that this game is huge and bugs are unavoidable, but PLEASE fix this, it leads to people like me unfairly being put in leaver buster queues or sometimes worse.
