In Game Store

The ingame store has been causing me issues ever since last patch. I cant buy runes or RP and it gives me a constant loading screen. Ive made sure all my connections work and all my routers are not blocking anything. Is there something that I need to do to get this fixed? Or is theres something that needs to be done to resolve the issue in general? #RiotGames
