Can't use any abilities

So for the past couple of days I get into a game and I cant use any abilities like my QWER and my flash or exhaust. I usually have to exit out of the client and log back in and reconnect to get it working, and that takes time. I tried repairing my client but sadly it didnt work I dont know what do next. Any suggestions?
