[Crash] DirectX error with black loading screen

After matchmaking was done on team builder, the client started the game. I didn't get a loading screen and instead simply got a black screen with an error message that eventually popped up after I pressed ctrl+alt+del on my windows 7. I tried restarting the client multiple times to no avail. Each time I tried to reconnect to the game, the same error message about not having the most up to date directx appeared. I checked the directx diagnostic on my computer and it states that it is up to date. I finally managed to enter the game after several minutes by restarting the computer. I'm sorry that I don't have a screenshot of the error message. I was rushing to get into the game.
