New season bug

Help me pls I can´t play Team Builder or draft pick it only appears blind pick. I think it is a bug can u help me fix it?

As far as I know Teambuilder got replaced through Dynamic queue. Also, Ranked Draft got disabled due to problems with the new ChampSelect.
