Super galaxy fizz skin bug

Only a problem for the one skin (super galaxy fizz) where you cant activate abilities. For example if fizz's playful/trickster is key binded to E and you press E the ability wont activate same goes for any key binding Q, W, R, Summoner spells, movement commands, camera controls. The problem isn't with key bindings I checked and when you go to try to change the key binding the key will not register I couldn't change quick cast-Q from (shift Q) to just normal (Q) I would be press Q to change it but nothing happened same would go if i wanted to change it to any other key. And it isn't my keyboard as I used a different skin (void Fizz) and the abilities and everything worked normally.
