1 Remake placement match after patch.

So this is garbage. I already played my 10 placement matches and got placed somewhere in silver yesterday. Log in today and see that it says I need to replay one match. Ok, fine no problem. So I Q. Get a game started, within 5 sec LeBlanc D/c and his mate says "crap remake". So team votes remake. This counted as my ONE REPLACEMENT MATCH! What a joke. A remake should not count as your single replacement match when someone d/c or never connects. Now I'm somewhere placed in bronze. And I just contacted riot support who says "oh there's no way to reset that and give you your replacement match back, but it should not have counted. devs need to be made aware." Great the devs can be made aware but now I have to spend 1 month of my life trying to get out of Bronze hell. WTF.

Because of the MMR mismatch in Flex Queue, you got reset to the original starting point (pre placements). But remember this is only Preseason, the rank you accomplish now WILL BE RESET AGAIN! The rank you get in preseason does only influnece the placement in Season 7 to a SMALL extend! (only your starting point in season 7 is affected by Preseason ranks) Sidenote: 1-2 Tier drops are completely normal in preseason.

I.E.: You were Plat 5 at the end of the season, were placed high Silver after placements, now got placed low Silver. If you now climb to Plat again, you will then only be placed in low Gold at the start of Season 7!

So dont worry to much about the current placement!

Did you get the remake in your "extra" placement game? if yes then this game basicly only is their to update your visuals! You were already reset at that point!!! the remake just triggered the update! it did not influnece your rank.
