Rammus and Gnar's portraits aren't showing up in spectator mode.

A couple of posts already brought this up a few months ago. I'm making another to hopefully bring this to Riot's attention. I know it's not a huge deal, but it's distracting. (This is for patch 5.23 by the way, in case it turns out it was fixed in 5.24.)

Also, only the square portraits are missing; the round ones are fine.
