I Cant see my match history and cant use emotes

When i click on my match history its says " we couldnt connect to your match history" i tried to repair my client but still it doesnt wanna work. aslo, i cant use any emotes. when i click on my emotes it says,"error code: EMO5" so please guys if anyone knows how to fix it help me bc i wanna play likea normal person. also i cant see others match history or even cant put the new frames for plat.
