Do i now permanently live in AFK Que?

So my laptop was dying, being an avid LOL player at the time, i still would play my nightly 4 or so games, knowing that either the first game or the last game might lock up my computer. Couldn't afford a new computer, and afking one game out of 6 cause of a dying comp, i could live with the low priority que. NOW, i am on a new computer, but have been put on a 20 que wait at east 12 times! like most people, I use my other account, and sign in to check on que status every so often. Riot, are you just trying to get people to stop playing at some point? Is there a way I can find out how many LPQ's I have to endure to satisfy you all??
