i never left que but i still got a 15min penalty D:<

i was playing poroking and i choose my ban and choose my champion and right when the game was about to start i went back to lobby and it says I left que, but i didnt ,my mouse wasnt even close to the x button. i dont deserve this 15min wait. Also one more bug i dont lik is the one where u press ur ultimate but u die so that the cooldown doesnt show on ur screen, but it is on cooldown so the next fite i wudnt know when my ulti is up.
