HELP PLEASE!

I have not been able to enter the game for more than a month. I'm with this problem and I don't t know how to solve it! I finalized processes and services, I passed anti-virus in the PC, the antivirus is not the problem, I used the tool hextec repair, until I formated everything, nothing is solved. The game simply stays in that logo forever, and the windows warns that "it stopped responding" if I click on it! I can only enter the game by reinstalling everything from 0! (and sometimes it's not like that) I reinstall the LOL, and it takes a long time, the lol enters but after leaving, the icon of League Of Legends appears, just that, i can't access to the launcher. Any solution? It just does not start again, it does not even enter the launcher, I want to play again. The game is like in the video link (so sorry, I don't speak english very well, I expect that you can understand this) THE PROBLEM IS LIKE THE VIDEO...

I had this problem twice and managed to solve it by instantly killing all the processes via task manager when they started, then starting League as admin. I have no idea why this worked.

I'm no expert but have you tried to Task Manager and close it?

This happened to me and a fresh install did the trick. Make sure you delete league of legends completely off your pc and install again. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Right click and select run as Admin. Give this a try. Also open a ticket. Also write what pc you are running and version of windows

  • Task manager issue

League can sometimes get stuck as "active" program in the Task Manager, preventing you from running another instance of it. The issue is basically the same where there's only League of Legends logo on your screen and it infinitely loading if you mouse over it. Killing any League tasks and starting the game again fixes this problem (even restarting a computer) because it unloads all RAM.

  • "Run as Administrator"

Starting the program as "admin" fixes a lot of other issues, if for some reason the account you're using (likely Guest) to play a certain game or start a program, was not given the permission to modify certain files. Right-clicking on the shortcut and setting the option "Run as Administrator" should fix this.

  • Antivirus Quarantine

It's also likely that a "stealth" setting in your Antivirus simply stopped League's launcher from running and has moved it in Quarantine, blocking it permanently as it's on a blacklist of programs that aren't allowed to run. "Stealth" setting means that the Antivirus is set up in such a way to automatically block certain processes and not bother the user with a notification that a suspicious program is trying to modify files. This issue happened to me as my 360 Internet Security actually removed League's logo file, preventing it from running because it did not have all the required files.

It was a pain in the butt of figuring this out as i'd never suspect it, if i wasn't notified of such an action beforehand.

  • League of Legends Logs Files

By going into your League's installation folder, locate the folder "Logs" > "LeagueClient Logs". Look for the most recent time a log was created (the last time you tried to start League) because to me, it seems that the client itself won't launch (not passing the logo). In that specific text document, there's certainly a phase where it says "ERROR" on the left side instead of "OKAY", which could indicate the possible issue. However, if you're trying to demistify log files, this is a job for Customer Support.

This has happened to me before. If you open task manager, you will find hidden instances of the league client in the background (usually in groups of 3 or more and do not have the league icon on them). You have to cancel each one individually then run the launcher once. Make sure you don't try opening it more than once otherwise the application will not respond and crash again. When this happened to me, restarting my computer didn't fix the issue.

Hope this helps!!!
