Clash SMS Verification text is not sending (USA)

I've tried several times from various computers but am unable to receive the text. The phone number appears to be valid and inputting does trigger the 5-minute token expiration timer. There may be a volume issue, but I have been trying consistently over the past few days. I have an iPhone using Verizon.

I had a previous phone number associated with my account from a few years back, but have since gotten a new phone number. At https://account.riotgames.com/account, there is no phone number associated with my account, so I don't think that's the issue.
