When i was playing Jhin, Jhin' e just triggered for so many times even though i used it once. (sorry for my bad english)

That isn't a bug, it's part of Jhin's passive. Whenever Jhin kills someone after a point is put into his e a lotus trap automatically activates at the spot they died.
