PLEASE FIX TRANSFER

I just transferred my account from OCE to NA and due to the new stupid client being an auto log in, I can't log in anymore because it keeps popping up "this account has been moved to another region. However I was told to hit restart when I transferred but now there is nothing I can do. Please give me a fix.
