Skills stop working bug [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing and in some point in the game (like everyone would) I used e (Lucent Singularity) and the projectile disappeared mid way I couldn't reactivate it to make it explode and I couldn't use the skill for the rest of the game.

I have no idea what actually caused the projectile to vanish nor did I notice anything strange happening at the time that might cause such a thing.

This has happened once to me (maybe it has happened to other players too) but I took some screenshots of the skill bugged out
