[GAMEPLAY] Unable to open item shop in-game

No matter what avenue I try to get into the item shop ('P', clicking gold, clicking shop keeper, dying) I can't open up the item shop. This has been happening since the most recent update (in relation to this post) on both normal and ARAM. It doesn't matter what champion, it does open. It does however (when I use the methods to open up the item shop) reveal more stats in the bottom centre left of the HUD. I have tried to reload games, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game, but the problem persists.
