Accept/decline game won't appear. Can't exit lobby after this happens.

I cannot play the game as the accept and decline for games option won't come up. Also when i'm in a lobby by myself it says that I am not ready and cant look for a game (when i am by myself in the lobby). I have uninstalled, repaired client and restored settings to default, but it still happens. If i somehow find a game it will kick me out of the lobby half way through. This has started 5/2/20 but i hadn't played since the 2/2/20.
