[GAMEPLAY] Zigg's Master Archanist Skin Satchel Charge Bug

So as I am playing with the Master Archanist Skin for Ziggs, I noticed his W (Satchel Charge) does not display the range of the actual aoe of the satchel charge. The casting range is there but the size of the actual skill is not shown.
