[GAMEPLAY] Corki's autoattacks kill Zyra plants instantly

In the 7.24 patch, the plants' HP got changed to 8 and it says ranged autoattacks should deal 4 damage to them, but instead Corki can kill them with one hit.

I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or intended, but it feels really frustrating in laning vs Corki as Zyra.

Maybe it has something weird to do with his passive since it converts (80%?) of the damage to magic damage and maybe treats that as a single target spell for some reason?
