My Launcher is a black screen

Hello, so when I launch League of Legends I can see the Launcher but I can't click launch because the button is missing, I can drag around the window but the only two things I can click are the minus button and the "X" button, please help me if you can. :(

Maintenance break. Should be up soon. A lot of people are trying to log on so the servers/startup patcher is acting sorta wonky. Just exit for now.
