[Gameplay] Viktor Building A Perfect Hex Core Skipped One Upgrade

Upgraded Hex Core from MK-1 (yellow) directly to Perfect Hexcore (red). Was only able to upgrade/evolve 2 abilities (Q and E) rather than have my entire set of abilities upgraded/evolve. That is to say, it skipped one Hexcore upgrade and I could not get it to upgrade anymore. Can't sell the Hexcore to "reset" it.

Major disadvantage for Viktor.

First time this has happened. I main Viktor. Shouldn't happen at all given how negatively it can affect Viktor's gameplay.

MAY have happened because I rapidly clicked on the Q upgrade button.
