Chroma I Bought With IP Isn't There???

During the Chroma IP sale, I bought 3 chromas: 2 MF ones and 1 Jinx one. I definitely remember buying and playing with the Jinx chroma, and yesterday when I chose Jinx the chroma was not there! I don't know if this is a bug but I would like my chroma back.
