[Gameplay] Hecarim - E doesn't knock enemies in the direction he travels, instead randomizes

I haven't got a link for it but for an entire game where I was Hecarim jungle my E would play up when making contact with enemy champions. Here's one such situation - I was going to intercept their Garen who was chasing down a teammate and he had his Q active. I hit him side-on but it instead pushed him further forward in the direction he was already travelling while I kept going to the side, closing the gap between him and my teammate. Needless to say that wasn't the desired result and he hadn't flashed if that's what you're thinking. This was just a repeating occurrence throughout the entire game and left me very confused. I would go to initiate a fight and suddenly the enemy I 'knocked-back' is in a completely different spot (still effected by the knock-back) and I've lost the bonus of good placement in a teamfight.
