Black screen unless cursor moving

I have had this problem for a while now and can't find a solution anywhere. All the screens prior to the loading screen are A-ok, however, as soon as I enter the loading screen, the whole screens turns black unless I am moving my cursor. And this carries on into the game. Please, any help is appreciated. I have gone as far as resetting my whole computer and that only fixed the problem momentarily.
