So, i started up a custom game to check ping and i got in and noticed that the HUD was flashing and other parts of the screen. i know it isn't my computer because it only happens when i get into game and it has never happened on any other game. So is this happening to anyone else or is something funky just going on?

I had this exact same bug happen to me in ranked play. When I bring up any parts of the HUD, such as hitting escape to bring up that menu, or hitting tab to see the K/D/A spread, everything started flashing. I checked to see if my computer itself had a problem, but I quickly realized it was something wrong with League of Legends. The random flashings only happen in game. All other applications run perfectly on my computer except for League.
