Every time I log into my account, the runes resets and I "start" in new season 2019 [CLIENT]

So about last weekend and this weekend when I would log into my account on my PROFILE tab would show up little yellow dot (which means something new) and it would take me to "new season 2019" in STATS where I would click "Start new season 2019" button and then when I would go to rune page section I would only see PRESET RUNE PAGES, but NO my 2 custom rune pages. I thought it's maybe a one time thing since it was new season 2019, yet I was wrong. But what is even more weird, is that it happened once a day. So for example when I launched game this morning the problem occurred, but when I shut it down and launch client again it's normal. Also I thought that maybe it's connected with PC, when I shut down system when I power it up and launch game it will "crash", but I just did that and it was fine. I'm really confused... [zombie-nunu-bummed] WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I'm guessing we'll have to wait til they decide to rework the client. The current state of it cannot be good for new player retention so hopefully the rework happens soon...

Honestly I would be happy just to have replays working so I can record my pop off games :P

well, i have no idea. i lost all 24 rune pages i had made. i mean its the first time it happened to me. i had a rune page for every support i restarted it a few hours ago it was getting laggy. i relog get in to a game and all my rune pages are gone the 24 are still there they are just empty. it is really frustrating. no idea is the is the same issue. hopefully im not posting on the wrong area. -Jack

Rito should waste less time on skins and more on bugfixes and champ balances

Arent account rune pages and stuff stored somewhere online?

Only like item sets and personal settings are stored in installation folder?

I'm having the same issue. I wrote to support and they replied "This issue is generally caused by incorrect system or file/folder permissions. For the best experience, we recommend running League of Legends with administrator privileges. Please follow the steps in our guide to make sure League has the permissions it needs to run correctly."

Even after having set the game to run as Administrator, it stills happens.

Seems this is very common issue (there is other topic older and with many ppl claiming same issue). So far no solution found [zombie-brand-mindblown]
