Draft Pick Bug or is it wanted this way ?

When i Change my Champ at the last second i always get kicked out and get a leaving-time out. Is that wanted this way or is it a bug ?

Are you locking your champion in after you change at the last second? If you aren't expressly locking in the champion then it's working as intended.
