[CLIENT][GAMEPLAY] Cannot Unblock People

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is a client error or gameplay error, but every time I unblock someone on my blocked list they are removed temporarily. When I restart my client or log on and off, the people i unblocked on my friends list are back on my block list. Also, i'm not sure if this is supposed to happen but whenever I block someone in-game, they are unblocked after the game and I can see what they type in the after-game lobby.

I have tried to individually remove people off my block list and remove them all at once, but no matter what I do, they always are back on the block list.

Please help. I tried to submit a ticket to support, but I was told to come here. Thank you.
