Jarvan's Ultimate bug ( Jumped but NO DMG / Wall, CD still up )

Hi ! While in a close match, near the dragon pit, I pressed my ultimate on Ivern. Jarvan jumped on the target but nothing else. No damage, No wall and the cooldown on my ult went up after two seconds. In these two seconds, i couldn't do other spells but i wasn't stun nor silence.
