Hello, I have a problem with the client that stays in authenticating and does not connect me at the end I see that there was an error while trying to connect to my account, uninstall it and reinstall it and nothing else use the client's tool to fix it and nothing any solution that can give me?

Sounds like a network or server error. Check the server status page for known issues, and try rebooting your network devices and computer.
