Loading screen freezes

whenever I get into loading screen for the game it wont load; no champions or other teammates load in either its just a blank screen. I can only get out of it using ctrl, alt, delete to open task manager and then it says the client is unresponsive. my league worked fine yesterday up to this point when it happened at random, since then ive reinstalled league and done two repairs and it still shows the same issue
