Not In Chat Pre-Game Lobby Glitch

Weird glitch. We were all talking in lobby and discussing swaps. Jungle swapped me roles and fp'd my jungle choice. Suddenly as it became my turn to pick a champ chat went empty and then came back. I scrolled to the bottom and typed as normal but got this weird popup.

My team who was rather talkative didn't respond, I had no idea what my mid wanted and forced to dodge. More than likely this put me into a fake lobby chat while in reality I was disconnected from the real lobby chat.
