<Gameplay> Vel Koz Visual Bug

Was playing a game of ARAM as Arclight Vel Koz. Everything was going fine until I died. Upon respawn and the remained of the game, the tentacles on the model disappeared. Not sure if its specific to this skin or what the circumstances surrounding it are, but considering the game just got patched I think this is a new bug.
