0% causing remakes without even loading into the game in the first place

I don't know if I'm the only one or not but my game has been perfectly fine in the past but recently I get stuck in loading the circle being very lagging with 0 for a long time that the games started and people already remake. In the rare chances, I do get in my fps and ms are perfectly fine champ select goes smoothly as well if anyones knows how to fix this that would be great I hate having to get leaverbusters and I can't even get into a game its so annoying I just wanna play [slayer-jinx-unamused]
