Draven's W bug!

Hello everyone, I've noticed this bug before and i thought you've fixed it but you haven't done that yet. Anyway it's Draven's W bug and when he catches his Q (the axe), W's cooldown is refreshing immediately, and Draven can spam his W. This makes him really strong so please fix it! North Joker
