Champion select bug

So i was about to pick. It all bugged out, the other champs changed to blue colour, mine didn't. I wasn't able to lock in my prepick or pick anything at all. At the place where the champions were supposed to be was an empty circle. Eventually timer went off and i couldn't do anything. I was removed from the champ select and got a penalty of half an hour.
