Sivir's W not bouncing

Today (July 17, 10am) I noticed Sivir's W wasn't working properly after the update. It activates and but it doesn't ricochet on other targets.

I had this issue a game ago. Sivir W not bouncing at all.

I did a test match after that in which the w bounce seemed to work just fine.

So whatever is causing this bug, it seems like it does only sometimes appear - but if it does Ricochet is 100% not working.
