Quinn "Always Bird Form" Bug

So I was playing an ARAM game and basically what happened is Tahm Kench ate me while I was in bird form and when he spit me out, my cooldown on my ult was stuck at the max CD (never counted down) and I could not switch back to human form. It didn't affect the gameplay as much because I just built a Hydra instead of a Last Whisper with my pickaxe.. BUT it is a glitch that I happened to stumble upon.

((I have not tried to re-produce this glitch and I'm not even sure if I can.)) That's all!!
