i buy dj sona skin but i cant hear the music i have music of the rift lvl 100 pls help :3 [sona-playing]

Hey Ixion43!

Are you hearing it, but it's quiet, or not hearing it at all?

If it's quiet, I'd suggest lowering your Ambiance Volume, and cranking your Music Volume up to 100, as you've mentioned in your original post.

If you aren't hearing it at all, I'd suggest doing a full client repair. You can do so by:

Run League of Legends.
Click on the gear located in the top right corner of the window.
Click Initiate Full Repair.
Wait. The repair function can take anywhere from 5 minutes to over 30 depending on the number of corrupt files it has to repair.

If neither of these issues fix the issue, please ping me. :)

i make the repair but nothing i cant hear sona. i can hear only the first second off the song when i change form

Hmm okay. It's working fine on my machine, so I can't repro it to troubleshoot it. Could you grab me a video with audio, and your r3dlogs?

Each r3dlog file appears like this: [yyyy-mm-ddT15-40-03] _r3dlog.txt, where yyyy-mm-dd is the date of the match played. So, you'll need to grab the logs from a game where you played DJ Sona.

You can find them here: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\Game - R3d Logs

You'd need to contact Riot Support if you don't have any refunds left. They may also be able to help you troubleshoot a bit more. I have it working on my end, and unfortunately can't troubleshoot something if I have it working on my end.

I am on euw and had dj for a long time now, and i have the same problem. I cant hear her music. This problem didnt occur at the beginning I just noticed it a week ago whzn i played her in an aram game i couldnt jear the music and even my premade weren't able to hear it and i checked the table if i muted the music but the button wasn't even there to press it

I've had the Dj sona [sona-playing] Sona skin for a while now and i noticed recently that they changed all 3 music tracks (so i got pissed and started hating the skin) because i loved playing with the skin before but now it totally sucks with so wierd music. Wish i never got it right now.
