League client update on 4/27/17 wont open after update

So i updated the client today i don't know what it was for and i played yesterday just fine. But after i updated it i had to hit "LAUNCH" to start up league so i did. After i clicked is the launcher closed but the client didn't come up. I'm not sure what to do i have tried to reinstall league 3 times now and nothing is working. I added a link to a YouTube video showing what exactly is happening.

Same thing happened to me but I got an error saying it does not have bug splat. Reinstalled 4 times and got the same error message.

I have a similar bug where the league window appears, all white, and nothing happens. It happens every other time I try to start league or when the client restarts after a game :/
