Where's the snowdown shop?

The league snowdown site said that the shop was going up today, does anyone know what time? I'm in the NA server and I don't see the icon next to the shop icon at the top. please leave your thoughts

same thing happen with the skins the other day took till like 11am to get them up

They ran into bug and server difficulties. A Riot employee mentioned it on the EUW boards. Technically they have until tonight at midnight to fulfill their promise! I am waiting for it too. Hopefully everything gets resolved quickly.

Unfortunately riot never say the time when release since they know somethings gonna fuck up like they always do when a feature we like comes out.
