Ahri orb not dealing True damage

I was playing a game of ARAM today and one champion on the other team was Yorkick. I saw plenty of times while fighting him that when Ahri's orb is traveling backwards and suppose to deal true damage, it only deals about have of what it's suppose to. Ex. 140(182) true damage had 161 white text come up around his minions. I mentioned it in chat and Yorick responded by asking if it worked against Elise's spiders but I wasn't sure since i literally just noticed it. It did this all game. It isn't really a game breaker but true damage not dealing true damage seems to be an issue.
